High Volume Photography Solutions (HVP Solutions) is a leader in providing software, education and printing services to pre-school, club and school photographers to start, grow and scale their businesses.
We are now offering a position for a tech savvy candidate with photography industry experience to utilise their skills and knowledge to help our high volume photography clients succeed.
Location: Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Hours of work: Part time, 15-20 hours/week (flexible working hours, no weekends)
Salary: $25-$32/hour based on your experience and qualifications
The role
The role has two main parts:
Printing incoming orders using print management software connected to our photographic printers and digital press machine. Requires extreme attention to detail, ensuring all elements of the job are complete, quality checked and dispatched.
Providing technical customer support to both Netlife platform users as well as B2B print clients. Both forms of support are generally via email, however occasional remote logins and video conference meetings are required to resolve challenges for our Netlife users.
The ideal candidate
Tech savvy with investigative skills
Photography experience and/or experience in the photography industry
Be proactive and able to work unsupervised
Have strong verbal & written communication skills and be able to interact and confidently help users.
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Handle multiple tasks efficiently to ensure that deadlines are met
Use and knowledge of the ‘Netlife’ platform will be regarded as a strong advantage
Knowledge of digital printing with photo minilabs and digital press machines will be an advantage
